Enemy of My Enemy?

After hearing some comments this weekend, regarding the Kasich / DeWine debacle, I am left wondering what people can be thinking.  DeWine is clearly one of the best examples of Republican progressive establishment. Kasich on the other hand, hasn’t made popular decisions, but ones critical to our states future.   We cannot pander to the middle and special interest groups while  standing firm on conservative values. DeWine and ORP State Central Committee will vote this week on a rule change that serves to limit choice, maintain control (aka power), and disenfranchises voters by requiring candidates to have voted in prior three primary elections. What happens to new-comers to our state or those strong conservative candidates who find themselves out of state or incapacitated for the primaries? They will no longer be eligible to run. Let your state central committee-person know they are to reject this rule change and embrace our election process. We the people should decide. Oh, and if you don’t like Kasich, don’t think that the enemy of your enemy is your friend. Follow the money and support. This election cannot be about maintaining a good ole boy power base.
